Who can participate? You apply to BUSP as an incoming freshman. You are especially encouraged to apply if you are an underrepresented minority student. All Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) students are also eligible to apply for admission to BUSP. If you are eligible, and want to apply to BUSP, we strongly encourage you to attend the Special Transitional Enrichment Program (STEP) the summer before your first quarter at UC Davis.
