For almost 20 years, BUSP has been made possible through generous financial support from the Genentech Foundation, the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the National Institutes of Health - Initiative for Maximizing Student Development, and UC Davis.

However, outside funding cannot be relied on, forever.  Further, in these times of state and University budget crisis, it is critical that BUSP develop its own independent financial base. To do this, we will soon begin a fund-raising campaign among our alumni and their families, as well as corporate sources.
